Have a crypto problem? Start here.

You do not need to know whether you need an investigator, a wallet specialist, an attorney, or someone else.

Tell us what happened.

OCC diagnoses problems involving cryptocurrency and other digital assets — for individuals, families, attorneys, fiduciaries, businesses, and institutions — then organizes the path to resolution.

Lost access. Inherited coins nobody understands. A file that suddenly contains wallets. Money sent to a platform that now looks wrong. Tokens a company does not want to hold. Records that may or may not be worth anything.

We start with what exists. We tell you what is real, what can be done, and when further spending does not make sense.

Do not send seed phrases or private keys by ordinary email.

We diagnose the problem before deciding what service you need.

OCC examines the information available and, depending on the matter, works to determine: what the asset is; whether it is real; where it is; who appears to own or control it; what it is worth; what happened to it; whether it can be accessed; whether there is evidence of fraud; whether legal or forensic action is appropriate; and whether pursuing the matter is economically sensible.

From there we develop a practical path toward resolution.

Lost wallets and inaccessible assets

Old wallets, forgotten passwords, damaged devices, incomplete recovery information. We assess what you have and whether a legitimate recovery path may exist. When specialized cryptographic or hardware work is required, OCC coordinates qualified recovery specialists. OCC does not operate a cracking laboratory and does not promise every wallet can be opened.

Inherited cryptocurrency and estates

A family finds a hardware wallet, an exchange login, a transaction record, or only a suspicion that the deceased owned crypto. OCC helps executors, heirs, trustees, and their attorneys identify and document holdings, assess access, and determine next steps.

Fraud, scams, and suspicious investments

If money or crypto went to a platform, broker, or individual and something now looks wrong, we examine the records and observable chain activity. The first job is not to promise recovery. It is to determine what happened and whether a credible path exists.

Sometimes the most valuable advice is: do not send another dollar.

Tracing and investigations

OCC can analyze transaction histories, identify relevant addresses and observable movements, document findings, and coordinate specialized investigators when deeper forensics are required.

Valuation and documentation

Digital assets appear in estates, divorces, litigation, corporate transactions, tax matters, and fiduciary work. OCC identifies assets and prepares understandable valuation and transaction information for clients and their advisers.

Disputed and hidden assets

Authorized parties — attorneys, spouses, partners, trustees — may face assets that are disputed, incomplete, or poorly disclosed. OCC helps organize the technical evidence and supports counsel on what further process may be appropriate.

Corporate, bankruptcy, and fiduciary problems

A company, estate, receiver, or trustee may become responsible for wallets or tokens outside its ordinary expertise. OCC helps determine what the assets are, how they are controlled, what they may be worth, and what steps preserve, transfer, or dispose of them properly.

Unwanted digital assets

Sometimes the problem is not recovery. The problem is having an asset. An institution, estate, or company may receive something it does not understand, does not wish to hold, cannot value, or cannot process. OCC investigates and helps form a practical resolution.

One problem. The right specialists.

A single matter may involve chain analysis, cybersecurity, cryptography, accounting, valuation, estates, litigation, and more than one country. The client should not assemble that team alone. OCC is the diagnostic and coordinating center. You are not sent from office to office.

For attorneys and professional advisers

You do not need to become a cryptocurrency specialist because crypto appeared in one file. OCC works alongside attorneys, accountants, fiduciaries, and investigators. You keep the client relationship. We supply the digital-asset capability.

When crypto appears in the file, call OCC.

Continuing care

For owners with meaningful or complicated holdings, OCC plans Digital Asset Care: inventories, wallet maps, recovery-readiness, beneficiary preparedness, valuation snapshots, priority consultation. OCC does not need to hold the keys. Law firms, fiduciaries, family offices, and institutions can retain standing access instead of building an internal department.

What you receive

A written diagnostic: what we established, what remains uncertain, apparent value and status, technical or forensic findings, recovery possibilities, issues that require other professionals, and recommended next steps — including when further expenditure is unlikely to make sense.

Security, authority, and trust

OCC verifies appropriate authority before sensitive work. Do not casually transmit seed phrases, private keys, or other critical credentials by ordinary email.

OCC does not promise that every wallet can be opened, every stolen asset recovered, or every loss reversed. We investigate before we promise.

Start with the problem

You do not need to diagnose it yourself. You do not need to know the chain. You may not know whether what you have is valuable.

Tell us what happened.

Our service is paid, unless otherwise agreed. Sending a message does not recover assets and does not open a free case. After we read your intake, we will tell what the diagnostic covers and the fee. You decide whether to proceed.
